Berkshire was brokering a rental property we were interested in, but that fell through due to no fault of Berkshire or us. Joan went to work immediately looking for properties for our family. We went to dozens of showings. She spent hours upon hours compiling listings to send. She listened when we told her what we needed. It didn't matter how many questions or crazy ideas we had along the way - she was always there to listen and lend advice. She cried with us when we had nine offers rejected. She cried with us again when the tenth one was finally accepted. I'm sitting here in my dream home writing this review right now and that wouldn't be possible without Joan. Her hard work and dedication are simply unmatched. You'll be hard pressed to find another agent as amazing as Joan. Last spring/summer we were looking for a home to buy and as one we were interested popped up we randomly used the Zillow contact a realtor feature which put us in touch with Joan. Joan is the only reason we got this home! We went through multiple issues with the paperwork for financing. She worked tirelessly resending documents she already sent. She was knowledgeable in knowing the Pennsylvania real estate laws that my out of state lender did not. She answered ALL of my questions even if I had to get her to explain them multiple times. Even though she lives out of county, she would drop everything to come show us a home that just went on the market the same day! She went above and beyond.
